Complete these three online steps before submitting your documents to the Embassy.
Obtain Your E-NIF
Request your Electronic Tax Identification Number (E-NIF) from the General Directorate of Taxes (DGI).
Processing normally takes 24–48 hours. If you do not receive your E-NIF, use the link in your DGI confirmation email.

Visit the official Congolese passport website and complete the online pre-registration process.
Keep the application generated during pre-registration. You will need to email it to the Embassy.
Passport Registration ↗Pay the Passport Fee
Follow the payment instructions provided after completing your pre-registration.
$75 USD
Please allow up to 72 hours for payment confirmation. Keep your proof of payment.

Biometric Appointment
After completing the online application and submitting your supporting documents, you must wait for an official appointment confirmation from the Embassy.
Your appointment confirmation will specify the date and time when you should present yourself for biometric capture.
No walk-ins are permitted for passport biometric appointments.
Please do not visit the Embassy for biometric enrollment without receiving an official appointment confirmation by email.
